Welcome to Amparaffa, the second PARADISA 🏝️ a world apart bay and soon-to-be home for people and families who have experienced PARADISA 🏝️ and found their place in paradise. Amparaffa is a flourishing part of the PARADISA 🏝️ a world apart vision – vibrant, ever-evolving, and born from the idea of creating a space that not only brings people and families together, but above all, represents a true home. It is the beginning of a vision, a beautiful idea of how people and nature can live and thrive in harmony.
Origins and Vision of Amparaffa
Amparaffa was, in the beginning, just wild thicket. One could only guess what might be hidden among the dense bushes and shrubs. Much wasn’t visible at first, but the energy of this bay was undeniable. Daniel discovered Amparaffa almost by accident, driven by curiosity, as he made his way through untouched jungle to explore the new terrain. It was here that the vision of Amparaffa was born – the idea of a completely new residential and business model.
“PARADISA 🏝️ a world apart had another piece of land available in the Baie de Russe, but in the end, Amparaffa clearly won. That’s where we were drawn, just as we had been to Ampohana. It instantly felt as if it had always been there.” – Daniel.
Location
Amparaffa lies nestled in a valley and offers breathtaking views from the mountain ridge, which is also part of the vision. The land combines both—a sheltered valley with white sandy beach, hills, and flourishing streams filled with a rich diversity of exotic plants, including healing herbs and riverbank vegetation. On the mountain, there is a viewpoint overlooking the turquoise Indian Ocean and the foaming waves along the shore, where a palm tree rises skyward like a welcoming gesture. Each area has its own unique energy, and together they form a whole.
Idea and Concept
The core idea was clear from the very beginning: Amparaffa was never meant to be a place overbuilt or comparable to mass tourism. The aim has always been to preserve nature’s treasures while designing Amparaffa with its residential zones and business zones in such a way that people can recharge, find peace, and be inspired by the uniqueness this new home brings.
From this intention came the decision to let this place grow and unfold freely, step by step. Natural divisions emerged almost on their own: the river itself creates the natural boundary between the business zone and the residential zone. Along the river, business bungalows are being built, separated from the residential area by a wide path to preserve privacy and create space.
A pathway between the business zones is already in place and will soon be signposted for visitors. It leads from the Ampohana business zone to Amparaffa, across the mountains through Antsara, or - at low tide - directly along the beach connecting the two business areas.
Zones and Master Plan
On roughly 100 hectares, clearly defined areas unfold:
🏡 Residential Zones
On the left side of the riverbank: Here, Paradisians have the opportunity to build their own homes. The plots are part of a share system. Purchasing an Infinity, Dignity, or Trinity Share includes not only company shares but also all necessary preparations related to the project services, as well as infrastructure for water and electricity, already laid out. All of this is included in the price.
🤝 Community Zones
These zones serve as gathering points for the PARADISA 🏝️ a worldapart family and provide open spaces for connection: one at the river crossing, another on the mountain with sea view, and a third directly by the beach. Next to the beach is what we call the “climate zone,” offering shaded spots and plants that ensure pleasant conditions even on hot, humid days. Plans are underway to expand this lovely area with hammocks and seating, creating spaces for rest and reflection.

Sustainable Building and Infrastructure
Construction began in May 2025, starting with roadworks and essential infrastructure. A digger was transported from Nosy Be by boat to speed up progress. Suddenly, up to thirty people were working on-site, setting up the construction base. The digger stayed for three weeks, clearing the first paths. Overgrown thickets were removed while as many healthy bushes and trees as possible were preserved.
Thanks to close cooperation with a construction company, storage facilities, electricity supply, and solar systems were centrally managed and implemented cost-efficiently. This created a solid foundation that is not only functional but also sustainable—an essential base on which everything else can now grow, step by step.
Plans include bridges across the river, marking out the first plots for new projects, and the installation of the very first solar system here in Amparaffa. Each of these milestones has been an achievement for PARADISA 🏝️ a world apart. Today, the first tourist bungalows are already in their final construction phase, and within weeks the very first PARADISA 🏝️ family will be able to move into Amparaffa.
The Amparaffa Business Model: Gentle Tourism – Quality over Quantity

Gentle tourism instead of mass tourism. Quality over quantity. We want to protect the space around us, not overwhelm it. Amparaffa will only welcome a selected circle of visitors—people who come here with awareness, seeking to feel, experience, and create unique memories.
The business idea unfolds like this:
Tourists will move on the right-hand side of the river, only by prior registration or booking. PARADISA 🏝️ a world apart represents exclusive and community- oriented tourism. Preserving the beauty, peace, and invigorating energy of this place is essential for us. For this reason, tourism will be positioned at a higher price point. This ensures that Paradisians earn well through their offerings while protecting nature and the system, avoiding a flood of mass visitors. PARADISA 🏝️ is not something you simply consume – it is a gift to be here.
As tourists enter along the riverbank, they will first encounter the natural garden of healing plants, which will soon be expanded with edible crops we will sow. They are guided through a food forest that will flourish more and more over time. For little adventurers, a river slide is planned. Bridges will then lead visitors into the business zones where the tourist bungalows are located. Lighting along the stream will guide them directly to their accommodations.
An outdoor cinema in the style of an amphitheater is planned at the tourist entrance, along with a restaurant and several small shops. Olaf and Nadin are already building a yoga platform, soon to host retreats, along with a raw vegan jungle café.
An Art & Awareness Trail for Mindfulness
Another highlight in the works is the Art and Awareness Trail, guiding visitors through the landscape. A colorful mix of educational path, nature experience, and lovingly created art. The idea is to design this trail with hand-painted signs, interactive elements, and perhaps even small exercises—creating a place that both inspires and raises awareness for the beauty unfolding right at our feet. A true adventure to experience.
