When you come to us as a shareholder, you have a plot of land on which you can build your own house.
Everyone builds individually, but according to the values and guidelines of PARADISA, e.g. regarding the naturalness of the materials and that the houses fit organically into the landscape.
We have already done a lot of research, collected designs and found good architects, construction managers and craftsmen who are familiar with the local conditions and Malagasy construction methods.
You can choose from the PARADISA house collection how you would like it and then commission the whole thing together with your special wishes.
We are happy to show you a few example pictures of how your house could look. Please be aware that the prices are approximate and only refer to the house itself. The interior fittings and furnishings are not included. The construction time of the houses varies according to the size, but in general it can be said that construction can be done quickly here in Madagascar.
Variants
Large variant with modular system
from about € 60,000
Main module + 2 bedroom modules left and right each connected with covered terrace and the possibility of a pool.
Small variant with modular system
from about € 35,000
Main module (kitchen + living room) and bedroom module connected by a covered terrace.
Wooden houses
between €15,000 - €25,000
A wooden house with 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom + large terrace is available from about 25,000 €.
The small wooden house variant with one room + bathroom and large terrace is available from about 15,000 €.
Further house variants are being planned.
