In PARADISA you have the choice. As we are all free spirits, it is important to us that everyone can run their business freely and is independent of the opinion of others. The special PARADISA concept allows you to run your business freely but still connected to the community, as long as it complies with the PARADISA guidelines.

Every business in PARADISA is fair trade and in harmony with the country and its people. We would like to see a flourishing business area with offers that express a life-affirming orientation.

You can get partners on board for your project. Feel free to use the Shareholder Group if you have bought your share or find partners here locally.

Keep in mind that the Malagasy will be very happy to be employed by you and that you can outsource anything you are not so good at to them. The PARADISA team will be happy to advise you on the 'how'. They will also support you in the entire process of setting up your company and procuring everything you need for your business.

To inspire you, we publish a list of ideas and wishes from our free community.

Maybe you can think of some points that we have forgotten. Then you are welcome to forward them to us.

The following is a list of the current status quo. If you are interested in an area, please let us know as soon as possible, as there is of course a limit for every business in our village.

Clinic and medical care

For example, we would be happy to have a small clinic where we Paradisians can be treated and where minor operations can possibly be carried out.
Both doctors and dentists are cordially invited to contribute. It would also be nice to offer medical care for the locals within the framework of our PARADISA NGO and maybe someone would like to visit the people in remote villages once a week to provide emergency medical care.

A larger project including the inhabitants of Nosy Be would also be conceivable. Many French people live there and would be happy to have a clinic with European standards. The clinic would be virtually unrivalled (at a higher level) and medical care would also be an important core project for the NGO. So if you are a medical professional drawn to tropical regions with conscious people, we would be happy to support you in making your dream come true.
Likewise, if you are an optician - you are wanted! There are hardly any glasses available here and beside the need for supply of glasses in our Beach Village, we also have the contacts/cooperations, who wanna provide glasses free of charge within the framework of the NGO for locals.

Products of daily use

What we would also like from the bottom of our hearts in our village are various
offers for daily needs. There are already initial plans for a plastic-free supermarket; clothing boutiques and a shop for natural cosmetics and natural household products would also be great.

For the natural cosmetics that would be used by all Paradisians, virtually everything grows on site and high-quality essential oils are distilled directly on Nosy Be. Boundless ylang ylang plantations and an endless contingent of tropical fruits, herbs and coconut make us dream of super healthy, fragrant creams and mild shampoos and sunscreen, and everything else you need here in paradise.

We already have great ideas and patterns for clothes and are looking forward to an exclusive PARADISA collection. It is even very easy to design your own dresses with beautiful
beautiful local fabrics.

Maybe a designer and a saleswoman would like to join forces and start a business together? Don't hesitate to look for suitable partners in PARADISA. Everything is possible!

Bakery

We also want a bakery that also bakes gluten-free. You would have secured your regular customers directly!

Maybe you could open a café right on the beach, with (among other things) vegan-gluten-free treats, smoothies and a delicious cappuccino with a view of the sea? Of course, there would always be enthusiastic customers...

Hairdresser

A hairdresser would also be great, and with western skills and colouring techniques, you would again be unrivalled for miles around. The only hairdresser who knows European hair is on Nosy Be.

Veterinary

We also urgently need a veterinarian in PARADISA.
The animals need you! Here, too, you have the opportunity to join our PARADISA NGO "SHARE-ITy" for relief work in the animal world. You will also have the opportunity to care for exotic animals. Our first lemur babies are already looking forward to a thorough examination, where they can steal your instruments ...

What we urgently need are castration and sterilisation campaigns.

One downside is that there are too many kittens and dogs for the population of Madagascar. They often barely manage to feed themselves and their kittens, so dogs and kittens are usually drowned immediately after birth or abandoned to the streets.

We want to put an end to this and are motivated to support you collectively in whatever it takes.

PARADISA is already home to dogs, cats, ducks, chickens, lemurs, one zebu so far and we definitely want horses too.

Maybe you would like to give the wonderful animals here their home and offer horse rides and/or retreats?

Construction industry

We are looking for a shareholder who is willing to take over the construction of our PARADISA villas. The plans for this have largely been drawn up and there are more than enough workers. You could simply take over an already finished business from the current patronage and thus have a business that guarantees you success, since every Paradisian builds at least one house. Then there are the buildings for the business. So please contact us if you know that you have the necessary know-how.

Please be aware that the clocks tick differently here and that you can also do such a job without stress. We and the Malagasy people prefer to work slowly and with joy.

Import/Export

You can import anything that expats in Africa might need. You can offer your services to all Paradisians and beyond in Nosy Be. Just remember that "Fairtrade" and "Ecological" is a matter of honour here.

As far as export is concerned, you can grow and have grown anything that is suitable for export. You can also get advice on which export goods are suitable for your business. There is a lot of money to be made in this area.

Music

Music is the joy of living in PARADISA. We would like to have musical shareholders for this area.

For example, you could set up a recording studio.

Artists from PARADISA and all of Madagascar would use your services. It would also be conceivable to offer recording studio and voice release seminars or time-outs for other musicians. In this way, even stressed and famous artists can find themselves at the same time and record their album. There are already interested partners for this offer. So feel free to get in touch for a joint project.

Art

All other artists and painters are of course also welcome and invited to beautify and enliven our paradise inside and out. There will also be an art space where you may wish to contribute with classes etc.

Healing Work

Healers, speakers, coaches etc. are heartily invited to become part of PARADISA. Similar to the clinic, a partnership with others would be conceivable if you do not want to work alone. A spiritual centre is already being planned. But you are also welcome to open a practice or centre on your own.

Workshop

Now we come to the technical area: a workshop for all vehicles - for boats, motorbikes, quads... We are very adventurous here in PARADISA and like to go on extensive tours.

So if you know your way around this area and are flexible, then you are our man or woman and very welcome as a shareholder.

There may already be someone who wants to set up the workshop, but you could join forces.

Paradisa Beach Academy

In PARADISA, our children are allowed to learn freely.

We are looking for teachers and philanthropists with a vision for children and young people and the world who want to play the field of free beach academy.

Some curious children's eyes are already waiting for you. But beware: our paradisiacal children are not followers and are not even remotely enthusiastic about the old structures.

We are very much looking forward to a varied offer for our young free spirits.

The Beach Academy with its offers, workshops and seminars may also be available to the adult free spirits.

Water sports

A water sports school or club is also one of the "must haves" in our beach village!

Whing-foil, windsurfing, water-skiing, diving, snorkelling and everything else that falls into this area except surfing is possible in PARADISA.

Diving with whale sharks, dolphins, giant turtles, reef sharks and whale tours are easy to realise.

We have an incredible contingent of possibilities in PARADISA, everything right on our doorstep and the coral reefs here are all still colourful and plump and completely intact. To keep it that way, there are of course certain conditions that we are happy to share with you if you have decided to offer something in this area.

There is already a shareholder with wonderful visions for mindful and conscious diving and water experiences, you are very welcome if you want to realise the project together with her!

Not only water fun, but also all other kinds of sports, games and adventures are very welcome in PARADISA.

Chefs, cooks and co.

PARADISA restaurants (vegetarian & fish) are still waiting for shareholders with dreams.
Meat cannot be offered, but fish and seafood can, as long as they come from the local fishermen.

As a location, there is the possibility to build directly at the sea as well as in the middle of the dreamlike green. We are all looking forward to eating there!

At the spiritual centre, a vegan restaurant would be very desirable. If that calls to you, please get in touch!

Wellness

A wellness temple is also an absolute must-have in Paradisa and would be very popular. Massages, detox, pampering treatments etc. by the sea are a central point, as we love to do good for ourselves and each other.

So anyone who wants to realise themselves in this area is very welcome and there is also the possibility of joining forces with other shareholders for a joint project.

The offer can be used by Paradisians and tourists as well as the residents of Nosy Be.

At this point, please remember that the locals are very happy to employ you and will gladly take over any work for which you do not feel suited. This includes bookkeeping and the like, so you don't have to bring your staff with you.

In PARADISA we offer a minimum salary of 400,000 Ariary (about 100€ ) per month. You must not go below this. Not in any business sector.

We will continue to fill this list and update it regularly if a business area is dropped or we think of new ones.

Now you already have a few ideas that might help you to connect more easily with your vision for a new, free life.

As you can see, you are very welcome here and can basically open anything that a beach village on the jungle might need. Freely according to the motto: first come, first painted.

The fact that we have the freedom to live in truthfulness here and that there are hardly any rules is part of PARADISA.

You yourself decide how big you want to make your business. There is room and opportunities here for millionaires, for those who want to become millionaires, entrepreneurs, life artists and service providers. Your goal in life is supported and promoted by all of us here.
