Social projects, social investment and volunteering

Many Madagascans, especially in rural areas, still live below the poverty line. Travelling to Madagascar is a good way to support the poorer population.

There are many ways to contribute: research, expeditions to the poorest regions, language lessons, work in orphanages, teaching more productive techniques, measures against pollution and deforestation.

Perhaps inspired by your experiences and encounters with the country and its people on a solidarity tourism trip - or just now - you may have the impulse to support a local project. The NGO PARADISA SHARE-ITy is happy to support you.

There are three ways to get involved:

Social Business

These social projects are promoted via the NGO through networking, training, supervision and documentation. There are only contracts between the respective project & the responsible chef du village, and also the profits and responsibility remain with the respective local project, and causes real empowerment.

Social Investment

Another possibility for Paradisians to get involved is social investment: You could, for example, have a hut built in the traditional style, which is then available to guests of the Solidar trips or volunteers. The money gradually comes back to you and the hut can be inhabited for a while each year by you as an investor - on the most beautiful and remote dream bays of Madagascar's northwest coast.

Voluntary work

Or maybe you would like to get involved as a volunteer? You can do something meaningful and learn something new by working together with the locals in the construction of the music school, a perma project or in nature conservation.
